No Refund Policy

By booking any of our First Aid and CPR courses at Dawn 2 Dusk Training & Education, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   • All payments made for course booking are non-refundable.
   • Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Course Rescheduling
   • If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to reschedule to a different date.
   • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original course date.
   • Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of Dawn 2 Dusk Training & Education.
   • A rescheduling fee may apply.
3. Cancellation by Dawn 2 Dusk Training & Education
   • In the event that a course is canceled or rescheduled by Dawn 2 Dusk Training & Education due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to attend the course on an alternative date.
   • No refunds will be provided; however, every effort will be made to accommodate participants promptly.
4. No-Shows
   • Failure to attend the scheduled course without prior notification will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
   • No credits or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
   • In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional situations, participants may contact us to discuss potential options.
   • Any accommodations are at the sole discretion of Dawn 2 Dusk Training & Education and may require supporting documentation.
6. Acceptance of Terms
   • By completing your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
