We Provide First Aid courses. CPR AND FIRST AID are the minimum requirement for many workfields. We help in providing the students with the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s) after an incident until emergency qualified help arrives at the scene.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the application of chest compressions and rescue breaths to a person in cardiac arrest.
This 2.5 hour course is nationally recognised and suitable for all individuals who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of personal and workplace settings. The course involves a small online component.
Throughout the course you will learn how and when, to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), as well as how to complete a workplace incident form. Individuals completing our CPR course will also practice on both adult and infant manikins and be taught the key differences between treating the two different age groups.
The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends that CPR skills be refreshed annually.

Suitable for beginners and individuals who haven’t had a certificate in many years, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is the standard workplace first aid course and is sometimes referred to as Level 2.
This course teaches individuals the fundamental principles, knowledge and skills to enable them to provide emergency care for injuries and illnesses, in the home or the workplace.
In addition to CPR, participants in this course will learn how to assess situations, look for signs of life and how to treat breathing emergencies like choking and asthma. Additionally individuals will be taught how to look after an unconscious person as well as how to treat victims of shock, poisoning, burns, bites and allergic reactions.

Course Duration:
4 – 8 hours online reading and assessment, followed by one day face to face training and assessment (exclusive of a rest break)
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children and adults and applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.
This unit of competency may contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
Specific licensing requirements, including requirements for refresher training, should be obtained from the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and/or relevant state/territory Work Health and Safety Regulatory Authority.
Consisting of two parts, an online program and a one day practical session, the online component MUST be completed prior to attending the practical session.

HLTAID006
Provide Advanced First Aid
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide an advanced first aid response, including management of the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
The unit applies to workers who may be required to provide, coordinate and manage a first aid response across a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings.
Specific licensing /regulatory requirements relating to this competency, including requirements for refresher training should be obtained from the relevant national/state/territory Work Health and Safety Regulatory Authorities.
This is a 2 day practical course with an online component that MUST be completed prior to attending the training days.
